The Salt Moon Blows Curly in Branches / Enisey

In the deepest and most unexplored river in Russia, the artist made a series of moongrams – photographic direct prints without a camera. During several lunar nights in the iconic places of Krasnoyarsk, the artist immersed sheets of paper with photosensitive silver emulsion in the Yenisey and illuminated them with the light of the Moon, then developed and fixed.

The moonograms of the Yenisei were shown in the historical tower of the Krasnoyarsk Aqueduct Museum, where the first pump supplying river water to the city stood.
